Investigations

Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an parent or guardian. We have a minimum age of 15 but ask that anyone 15 - 18 gets the parent or guardian to book the places.

 

Ghost Walks

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 12 but some parents may feel that the subject matter is unsuitable for some children as the walk includes mild violence and slight references to sexual matters.

 

Bookings All bookings are made in agreement of Dark Encounters Terms & Conditions and must be paid in full before the event. Any booking not paid in full 7 days before an event may be offered to other customers.

Cancellation policy. Any bookings cancelled more than 28 days prior to event date will receive a full refund. Any booking cancelled between 28 and 14 days prior to the event date will be offered a 50% refund. Any bookings cancelled less than 14 days before an event will receive no refund (as it may not be possible to fill your place).
